| Here is the finished
"Ski Lodge" sign after installation. What a beauty! At well
over six inches thick in places, this baby could stop a .44 slug.
All 3/4" Sintra layer pieces were sanded and routed in front, and sometimes in back, prior to pressure gluing (laminating). Heavy coats of Mathews acrylic over the entire sign help protect it from the ravages of ultraviolet light and mildew. |
